Good riddance to bad trash.
We don’t have a fentanyl crisis, we have a druggie crisis.

Rather reinforces the notion that “recreational” drugs are deadly. And in use by the middle and upper classes as well as the dregs.

She would never do that. But ordering cocaine, well that’s somehow something she would do.

This story was published in the WSJ. There were more than 1600 comments this morning. The vast majority of comments express dismay and disgust that the author refers to drug dealers as the "delivery service," comparable to GrubHub or Door Dash. The other dismal takeaway from the story is that cocaine use is completely normalized. Things would be just fine with cocaine. The Fentanyl is the problem.
We're doomed...

Three New Yorkers die of fentanyl overdose after ordering cocaine from drug delivery serviceI see the Media's interest and problem here, it's been a year and a half and they still can't figure out how to blame this on Putin and Russia.

A young attorney just starting her first job was using coke.
Wow.
Having been in a high-stress job in NYC, I can say that using coke at any level is a very bad omen. But using it at the beginning of a career is a sign this career wasn't going to last long.
What a wasted life.

The three professionals all ordered cocaine from a GrubHub-like delivery service on the same day, but the drugs turned out to be laced with a deadly amount of fentanyl.Play stupid games, win stupid prizes.

“Julia was a driven professional with everything to live for. Never in a billion years would she have touched anything with fentanyl,” Sassan Ghahramani, whose daughter Julia Ghahramani died of a fentanyl overdose, told the Wall Street Journal in a report Sunday. “This is like putting bullets in people’s brains.”
Oh, but coCAINE is fine. Idiocy and a knee-jerk blame-others mentality.

NYPD should put out PSA ads in social media platforms that they will for free, test everyone’s cocaine for fentanyl.

Are we supposed to feel sorry for them? I can't, for a couple of reasons:
- They ordered illegal drugs and took them DUH how dumb can you get?
- They're New Yorkers - 90% likely they were Democrats, but fear not they will still vote for Biden
Frankly anyone who buys and takes recreational drugs is kind of an idiot and deserves the consequences of their actions.

I disagree. If you’re willing to buy hard drugs from a unknown source, or any source for that matter, I suspect your willingness to do most other drugs is pretty high. Just a hunch.
