You never identified carrier. T-Mobil may be able to help you .
Try this link.
There seem to be a variety of online videos that may help. Do you have a SIM card?
Did you try connecting through your own router, and once connected see if you get the names ?
A Snapdragon 632 that’s been hobbled to not do anything for $400? I’m in the wrong business.
The APN is going to come from the carrier. That’s where you’ll need support from, so you should be able to reach someone on the weekend there.
Yeah, I spent two hours on the phone with the carrier and they finally told me I need to get with Techless and restore the APNs. Techless customer service is Mon -Fri 8-5.
Yes, I have a SIM from US Mobile, but cannot use the phone as I deleted the APNs.
My family has one. When we signed up to US mobile the Sim card for the 5g network would not work but the sim card for the GSM network does.
Might be an incompatibility with whichever network you are trying to use.
Yeah, the setup was going fine until I ran into some issues as stupidly deleted the APNs trying to fix them.
Perhaps they will hit on something that might help you. ??? š

Gee sounds great
That could be an issue, yes. Since you have one, could you possibly share the APNs? Or show me where I can find a list of them? I deleted the default APNs and thatās the problem Iām trying to fix.
Thank you. They donāt list what I need, unfortunately.
Can you do a system reset? That might restore all the defaults.
That was my first thought, but I canāt find a way to do a reset on the phone or even online. Itās a really truncated phone.
“T-Mobil may be able to help you .”
T-Mobii is an “URBAN” carrier...no mater the fancy biggest coverage area talk. I had t_mobil and for a fact when you get out of town you will have NO signal. Before getting T-mobile bee sure to research your area .
I bet was my initial set up problem. I used the 5G card and couldnāt get it to work. So, I went to the website and their solution led to my current issues.
APN = Wireless Data, so no data till Monday
So, you think taking it to another provider will be a waste of time until I can restore the original APNs?
Us mobile should be able to help. But you have to use the white GSM sim card , the black one will not work.
