We have three major convenience store chains here, Circle K which bought out all 7-11’s in Florida in the 80’s, Tom Thumb owned by Kroger and soon to be renamed ‘Cumberland Farms’, and CEFCO, a relative newcomer out of Texas....................

No, the smoker is liable, as it’s illegal to use medical pot outside your personal residence. It’s legal to drink in a bar so they carry some liability if they overserve. You can’t smoke in a dispensary or in your car, that’s on you.

It should’ve never been criminalized in the first place. It’s the Netflix documentary on the history of weed. The whole war on weed was and has been utter made-up nonsense.
The very fact that it’s listed as a class one drug alongside heroin and LSD should tell you all you need to know.
Alchohol is 10x worse.

Cannabis in Florida is illegal for recreational use. Possession of up to 20 grams is a misdemeanor offense, punishable by up to a year in jail, a fine of up to $1000, and the suspension of one’s driver’s license.
