Why should his parents get sued?
This is 100% on the school. (and our society at large)
They let him dress as a girl? How many dads on this forum would have burned his girly clothing and told him to cut the act? No these days parents encourage this trying to be “woke”. He hurt a girl, parents are responsible.

Because the boy is a minor, so the parents are liable for his actions.
And its completely hypocritical.
If a strong girl like a Serena Williams type of frame and strength would do the same thing, no issue at all.
Second, this is one (of several) of the reasons MEN have stated ALL ALONG to not allow girls on guys’ sports teams, yet NO ONE who demanded to put girls on guys teams has accepted that argument as valid, and girls have gotten injured doing so.
When women want to force themselves and girls onto mens teams despite warnings of injuries, go eff off, men. Deal with it. Oh he hurt me!!!
When boys playing girls - who have been encouraged and supported by women to be this way, play on their “correct” team and other players get hurt, oh now, the women can’t deal with it.
Incredibly hypocritical.
Females on female teams only. Males on male teams only. Anyone living in fantasyland need to get therapy to accept themselves as is and be content. Not encouraged to remain mentally ill.

*WARNING* I am not a lawyer, but I sometimes play one on FR.
Here’s my take. Suppose your boy steals a car and causes a lot of damage. The general answer is sue everyone involved. When it comes to getting money out of an incident everybody sues everyone. If your boy costs someone damage then the parents are, depending on the state, the ones held liable.
As an aside, the largest problem with stopping this madness is controlling the language. “Trans” sounds so much better than “pervert.” If “influencers” start calling “trans” (Oh, how I hate that word) people “perverts” then the whole thing will vanish overnight. BTW, the rest of the LGB croud really hate the T people. As I understand it, a T had better not show his perversion in an L bar. He’s likely to get the full operation carried out with a broken bottle.
