Red states will ignore the recommended guideline while Blue states like New Mexico are very likely require the Covid-19 vaccine for children to attend school. Currently only about 10% of parents have decided to include this vaccine for their children.

No person shall be required to take any vaccination unless 100% of All Public Employee’s and their offspring have been administered the same vaccination.
If I remember correctly the CDC didn’t mandate the jab for their employee’s because 80% refused to take it

Common Sense and Risk Assessment says mandatory injections for youths is ineffective
and not needed.
We are still in a clinical study involving two experiments simultaneously :
#1 the covid vaccine
#2 the mRNA as the vehicle for delivery of the vaccine
The fact that this experiment is being conducted without a clinical study as to its effects is illogical to health safety
