Did it ever occur to them that people with health issues don’t sleep as well?
The article implies that if you want fewer health problems you should sleep more. But maybe the sleeplessness is a symptom rather than a cause.

Sleep hygiene is key , Sleep Deprivation is deadly. Get 12 hours if you can..... I lock my doors add some white sound like a fan , turn on my “do not disturb” feature on my iPhone and build my nest and crash when I’m tired and awake when I’m not.
Naps are 90 minutes a day
