I think the first thing people who talk about Fentanyl is to learn how to pronounce it. It’s not Fenta-nol. It’s Fenta-nil. Every time I hear it I just hear Nukular.............

In medicine, fentanyl has advantages in that it does not cause shortness of breath and may avoid several other side effects that are common with morphine. A demon as as a street drug, fentanyl has valid uses in medicine.

I was given fentanyl as part of anesthesia during surgery for herniated intervertebral disc. The effect was very nice. Fortunately I do not have an additive personality.
