I still don't KNOW that Kyle touched Bubba. All the replays looked like there was still air between them. Bubba definitely overcorrected and hit the wall, but then got mad and PURPOSEFULLY max out his engine to catch and take-out Kyle.

That PURPOSEFULLY running into and the physical confrontation afterward would get any other driver a several-race suspension. With Bubba, he will get excused - PERIOD!
