That PURPOSEFULLY running into and the physical confrontation afterward would get any other driver a several-race suspension. With Bubba, he will get excused - PERIOD!

I agree. I don't think Kyle touched Bubba. And turning your car into a weapon at 160+ MPH is inexcusable, but -- as you said -- Bubba will likely get a pass.

And I'm sure part of Kyle's reaction (or lack thereof) on the grass has a lot to do with the history between the two. If I remember right Kyle almost lost his ride for good when he said the "N" word while in a virtual race with Bubba a few years back, so I'm sure he's careful about anything he does around that idiot.
