“Four of the men were Hispanic” leads one to believe he was deliberately killing Hispanics but from another article on the same guy one of the victims was a Natasha LaTour, hardly a Hispanic name.

I think there are just so many Hispanics in Stockton, California that is the likely victim when he shoots.

Just to be fair....

US Dept. of Justice, Office of Justice Programs statistic:

82 percent of American serial killers were white, 15 percent were black, and 2.5 percent were Hispanic.

So he is a “minority” among serial killers. All racial jokes aside.
