That's when I see them. On occasion, I will walk right into a web and having your face covered in spider web is one of the most disconcerting experiences ever.
Usually I end up flailing my arms and smacking myself all over my head in case there is a spider in my hair. I can only imagine what other hikers that can see me from a distance must be thinking.
"Hey, check out that dude over there, he's having a nervous breakdown...he just SNAPPED!"

Same here. Lived in Mexico for 7 years and seen some almost the size of a dinner plate. Had an outhouse in one of my apartments down there and had one looked like a alien facehugger. Too bad I left my M41A/flamethrower combo back home in Louisiana
I would have burned the outhouse to the ground.

In my backyard, gecko’s and spiders co-exist happily together.
And ants have been more noticeable this year inside the house than previous 3 years. I keep finding those tiny pin holes in the wall trim and sealing them. That helps.

All of the sudden I felt pain. Turned the lights on and dropped my pants.
I had hundreds and hundreds of fire ants all over my legs.
I think I used my pants as a napkin the day previous...
That sucked...
He redeemed himself and went out like a boss.
Now that was a weird short. But the beautiful young woman that was Joe’s date made it worth seeing, cockroaches notwithstanding.
