He’s said this to young girls before and I’m sure Jill told him not to talk like that, but Biden is one twisted and dementia riddled creep.

Do you remember when he was forced to make a promise not to inappropriately touch girls during his campaign? Publicly?

Biden responds to allegations of touching: I’ll respect people’s “personal space” Apr 3, 2019

“I shake hands, I hug people, I grab men and women by the shoulders and say, ‘You can do this.’ Whether they are women, men, young, old, it’s the way I’ve always been. It’s the way I show I care about them, that I listen,” he said. “Social norms have begun to change, they’ve shifted. And the boundaries of protecting personal space have been reset. And I get it. I get it. I hear what they’re saying, I understand it. And I’ll be much more mindful. That’s my responsibility and I’ll meet it.”

Biden offered no direct apology for his past actions but said he would be mindful of changing norms around physical contact.

Of course that only lasted less than a month.

Joe Biden hasn’t changed his behavior with girls and women. For his base, that might be fine. Jun 13, 2019

After several women said earlier this year that Biden had touched them in ways that made them uncomfortable, the former vice president and 2020 Democratic candidate promised to be “much more mindful” of people’s personal space.

But recent incidents tell a different story.

Last month, he called a 10-year-old girl “good-looking” at a campaign event. Then, this week, he told the brothers of a 13-year-old Iowa girl to “keep the guys away from your sister.”

It's a pathology.

It’s not dementia. He’s always done this. I wish people would stop saying that.

As his dementia progresses his impulse control will disappear more and more. And frankly, Joe’s impulse control wasn’t very good in the first place.
