I didn’t mean to imply Biden just started behaving this way recently. I know he’s been a creep for his whole career and possibly earlier.
I meant that if Biden wasn’t riddled with dementia, he might realize that he needs to reign in this behavior being president. Biden’s so far gone, he sees anything wrong since he has always been this way. Biden has been even creepier in public the last couple years.
