The lefties over at DemocratUnderachievers are totally wetting themselves over the request to the JustUs department to subpoena Trump. To those double-digit IQ types, a ‘subpoena’ equates to guilt. So skip the trial and proceed directly to the execution.

Most of them don’t know that a subpoena is only a request to attend and possibly testify. It carries only slightly more legal weight (and consequences) than a strongly worded letter that requests attendance.

OK, maybe over simplifying a bit but not much.
