Most of the bands definitely would come out and party with the crowd during their breaks or after their show had ended. It was a lot of fun.

Looks like maybe a punk bad playing , as there are a lot of males in that picture. 😋 Preferred the Rockabilly bands, like the Rockats that played there

When The Police played there, they played all 3 nights, Friday, Saturday, & Sunday. Those of us that were there on Friday, returned on Saturday, and Sunday. With each passing day the crowd became larger, than the night before.

Those are great memories! I used to love a good mosh, and most the dudes were cool about it, getting a good bash on but keeping it injure free. You got the best of the Police. Their sound was so pure at that time.
