Personally I think they should just turn them over to the other competitors for a night of fun.
I am fairly sure they would scream and wet themselves at the sight of a lead weight ever after.

Yeah, that video is priceless.
Besides the other fishermen going HAM on them, the cheaters DESERVE prosecution, too.
After they get punishment for whatever crimes they did, they should let the other, honest fishermen have a go at them.
I'll bet they wished they never cheated.
Some of those other anglers looked like they wanted to kill these guys.
