Besides the other fishermen going HAM on them, the cheaters DESERVE prosecution, too.
After they get punishment for whatever crimes they did, they should let the other, honest fishermen have a go at them.
I'll bet they wished they never cheated.
Some of those other anglers looked like they wanted to kill these guys.
