I understand that M26 ammo can’t be sent without an act of Congress because they are cluster munitions and since there has been no such act then at least the US hasn’t delivered them.
Getting rid of Saddam was the right thing to do. If that desert thug had gotten nukes the Middle East would be an entirely different ballgame.

This is about alternative views. There is a reasonableness to a prediction of a winter offensive in terms of tractoon, completed harvest, etc. I do think it reasonable that russia wants as little destruction as possible. They want to own Ukraine afterwards.

I think the US avoids cluster bombs now and that is why ball-bearing munitions such as the M30A1 missiles were designed.
The Ukrainians have received the M30A1 missiles with 182,000 ball bearings each, to destroy troop masses and soft vehicles.
Saddam Hussein was one of them.

And you know this for a fact? How? From European and US intelligence estimates? From the MSM? These are the same people that insisted that Saddam Hussein had WMDs. The reports we have been seeing are 100% propoganda.
