You’re arguing with a pro-Cheney (anti-Trump) troll. Check out it’s about page.

What damage did his claims cause? Hurt feelings? Did he kill anybody? Was anybody hospitalized by what he said? Did anybody die from his words? This cannot stand!

“You’re arguing with a pro-Cheney (anti-Trump) troll. Check out it’s about page.”

The Deep State will eventually get around to silencing them as well.

Obedience is no protection.

I think he has a lot more trials to go. The bill will probably be around $100 billion by the time they are finished.

Of course, it is all nonsense and will be overturned when it travels up the line, if the country stays intact that long.

Like the saying goes, you can’t get blood from a turnip.

Alex Jones on the War Room now says he has $1.3M in his bank account.

No - Sandy Hook was the one where the police were there less than 10 minutes after the shooter made his first shots through the plate glass door/window at the school. As the first officer arrived he saw a person with a gun go into a room, and then heard a shot. The shooter killed himself.

Look at the photos released of the interior of Sandy Hook.
Compare them to the aftermath of the Charlie Hedbo Newspaper offices in France.

A ridiculous ruling.

If I say something is a hoax, and even if you have a dead child to deal with, how have I done anything more than adding to your already existing duress?

I didn’t cause your grief. That was the shooter’s fault.

Jokes on them, in two years a billion dollars won’t buy a steak dinner. It might cover the gratuity, however.

It’s an absolutely ridiculous judgement.

It was a jerk move Jones, but I don’t understand how, or who, he defamed.

There was that other guy (Wolfgang Halbig) that got arrested for stalking one of the parents or something. The parent was trying to get him to stop investigating. And Halbig got fed up and got his phone number or something.

Halbig was a former Florida state trooper and school safety inspector. He was trying to get information from the city of Sandy Hook about little things that are typical open to the public like who was the food service vendor for the school? Something about documents related to ambulance response to the school. Building maintenance records. A whole bunch of little things like that, where he was trying to see if the school was even in operation at the time.

A lot of the evidence photos show the rooms looking more like storage areas rather then active class rooms. Shell casings on the floor in a room with bins and clutter stacked against a wall and extending above the windows. Another room with a bunch of fans piled in the corner (December).

I don’t care for Alex Jones or what he did. But people get too worked up about words, rather than actions.

Too bad 60 million dead babies can’t sue for libel of the hoax of being called “just clumps of cells”.

If it’s good that Alex Jones was sued for stating a hoax, but you told people that Bush created hurricane Katrina and steered it at minorities in Nawleens ... you might be a Democrat.

I disagree. It is clearly 1st Amendment protected speech, as is all speech. It should never have gone to court. I hope it is overturned as such. I think showing up would have been seen as Jones giving legitimacy to their argument.

If it’s good that Alex Jones was sued for stating a hoax, but it’s fine calling Jan 6 an “insurrection” and jailing people for it without trial... you might be a Democrat.

If it’s good that Alex Jones was sued for stating a hoax, but you’re okay with people dying in riots stemming from the hoax that Jacob Blake was killed as an unarmed black man ... you might be a Democrat.
