I disagree. It is clearly 1st Amendment protected speech, as is all speech. It should never have gone to court. I hope it is overturned as such. I think showing up would have been seen as Jones giving legitimacy to their argument.
But as wrong as it is, it did go to court, and it was awarded, And it does now set precedence.
We can say it is wrong from our armchairs until we are blue in the face, it isn’t going to make any difference and not change anything. They just threw the 1st in the toilet like it or not.
