The California courts have no jurisdiction over information created and published in another state. Doctors in California will simply share the link to out-of-state information with their patients.
Governor Gruesome's doctor is the one that needs to be scrutinized for every comment he makes to his patient.
And he knows what real and true information is better than Physicians. What a pompous A hole.
I don’t understand why he is considered presidential. He’s got the easiest job. His state Congress is a super majority so whatever they want they pass and he signs. That’s hardly leadership.

These people are nuts. They want to dictate to the people what’s true and untrue. It has nothing to do with facts and everything to do with politics and power. The last people i want telling me the facts are politicians, especially corrupt democrats
I wasn’t aware that doctors were out there combatting The Big Lie. Some, but a disgustingly small minority.
Everyone who thinks the gov’t should be the sole determiner of “truth” needs to be deported to the communist country of their choice ASAP.

I would assume the most likely response is that doctors will refuse to discuss COVID at all, directing patients to external and government published sources. At least that’s what I would do if faced with this risk.

If this had been the law 200 years ago we would still be bleeding patients to restore balance to their bodily humors.

What happened to “the government shouldn’t get between a patient and their doctor” ?
And doctors would not wash their hands between patients.
Funny that CA is going to fine and/or fire doctors who give “misinformation” and that Paypal just tried to back out of a scheme to steal money from its accountholders for “misinformation.” Even funnier still is the fact that the biden administration created a government agency to monitor and persecute citizens who speak “disinformation.”
They are all connected.
The left is currently steamrolling over any remaining right to freedom of thought and expression that we may think we may have possessed. There is essentially nothing left of it, except the delusion.
Traitornewsom and the majority of the Commifornia legislature continue to give aid and comfort to the domestic and foreign enemies of the United States.
