Story after story of people with learning disabilities (special needs) going into hospital and dying prematurely told by their (very angry) relatives.
After each story the hospital / foundation make an apologetic statement and promise investigations/reforms.

It isn’t, but to be honest, you get a greater standard of care if you aren’t rich enough to avoid good insurance and you won’t go bankrupt if you get cancer or need heart surgery.
If you are loaded, you can always go private. Something a lot of Americans don’t seem to be aware of as if everyone is forced to use public healthcare.
