Washington, DC) Judicial Watch announced today that it filed a Freedom of Information Act (FOIA) lawsuit against the U.S. Department of Defense and U.S. Department of Justice for records related to the housing of U.S. Capitol Police Lieutenant Michael Byrd at Joint Base Andrews after he shot and killed U.S. Air Force veteran Ashli Babbitt inside the U.S. Capitol on January 6, 2021 (Judicial Watch v U.S. Department of Defense and U.S. Department of Justice (No. 1:22-cv-02948)). Judicial Watch has received information that Byrd was housed at Andrews in the immediate period after he killed Babbitt.

In its complaint, Judicial Watch explained to the court that it had asked all three government agencies for all records relating to the billeting of Byrd at Joint Base Andrews during the period from January 6, 2021, to July 2022, including authorization papers, housing, meals, transportation, and visitor logs.

Senior Airman (E-4) after four years active duty and ten years Guard and Reserves? I would think she would have earned Staff Sergeant (E-5), if not Technical Sergeant (E-6), during her service in the Guard / Reserves. I understand making rank there takes longer (I met the Air Force Reserve Technical Sergeant with the most time in grade in the entire Reserves at the time, more time-in-grade than I had time-in-service, plus a few years), but ten years?
Yes, surprisingly low rank.
Take a standard 8 1/2 x 11 sheet of paper, and lay it lengthwise in front of you.
Divide the bottom 11” into 4 sections, (2 3/4” each) that is roughly the two doors and window on each side of the doors.
Divide the left 8 1/2 edge by 2 (4 1/4” each) and mark that middle, then measure about a inch and a half directly right of that left middle mark. That is the approximate location of the gun.
Draw a line from the gun toward the middle of the doors, then a line from the gun to the middle of the right window,
Then measure 1” up from the middle of the last 2 3/4” section. That would be the approximate location of her neck when shot, and draw a line from gun to there.
Using the left wall as 0 on a protractor, the line of the gun to the middle of the doors is about 44 degrees. From the gun to the middle of the far window is about 63 degrees. And from the gun to her neck is about 69 degrees.
From what I had seen from video from the back of the crowd, it appeared that she got her head and shoulders through the window when the shot happened, but her center mass was still not in the window, hence her falling backward.
That’s why he would move his aim from the center of the window to her upper body at that last split second.

Of course it wouldn’t make sense for the gun to be aimed at the middle of the two doors, which was wood, but toward the windows. So first aim at the 2nd window (left door) then at the 3rd window (right door), then at Ashli coming through the 4th window.
He’s a murderer, plain and simple. Incompetent, just like the Uvalde cops.
Have been familiar with the layout of that set of doors since day 1.
The last second re-signing swing was way too wide given he was by no means at point blank range.
Looks to me like the guy was a faux hit man, and Ashli was in on it.

Yeah, well...to be honest, on second, third, fourth view, maybe the leftward swing of the gun was to aim it at the fourth door as you say...
The situation was so foolish and preposterous from a LEO perspective, it could be murder, could be false flag/fake, really can’t tell for sure. Just so impossibly convenient for Pelosi and McConnell, the hanky-panky meter is pegging out.
I’m just working from a standard sheet of paper thinking the gun appeared to be about 4+’ from the center of the 1st window, and the hallway 10’-12’ wide.
Aiming at the center of the 2nd, 3rd, and 4th window gave me 32, 53, and 63 degrees respectively. If his swing from 3rd to 4th was actually not to the center of the forth window, but at Ashli part way through, then the swing would be roughly from 53 to 69 degrees.
But yes, the whole J6 mess is very obviously tainted by swamp creatures.
I thought she was cremated, without the government asking her family.
If the officers on the same side of the wall were aware that Ashli was a crisis actors, this would explain why they did not react in any surprised or even reasonably concerned or recognizably active way to the fact that a bullet had just been fired from who knows where and by who knows who. Did they give a second’s thought to the possibility that the gunfire they just heard was fired by a protester? They looked totally sleepy in their reaction. Oh well, a bullet just flew, just another day controlling crowds.

Some people are paid to plan far in advance of a potential ‘opportunity’. Just like the WEF crowd, looking at every angle to get the desired result, no matter how dishonest.
