If I were Ukraine, I would want to destroy the bridge enough to prevent Russia from using it in the war, but where it would be relatively easy to fix if Ukraine gets Crimea back. Partisans and Russian freedom fighters know how to push a railroad rail out of allignment and a join enough to cause the train to derail.
