The Washington Post reported stunning news on Thursday - federal investigators believe they have a chargeable case against Hunter Biden, son of President Joe Biden.
Even more interestingly, they have felt that the case is sufficient to go to court for the past several months, according to the Post.

What about those other accusations from the GOP?
The scope of the Post’s report does not even begin to touch on all the various crimes GOP politicians, including most notably Donald Trump, have laid at the feet of Hunter Biden for years.
Republicans have long alleged that a so-called “laptop from hell” - a computer thought to have been once owned by Hunter Biden - contains evidence that Mr Biden was involved in his son’s foreign business affairs as vice president. Separately, they’ve also allegd that those business practices themselves were illegitimate.
As a result, far-right members of the GOP like Marjorie Taylor Greene have alleged that the result has been Joe Biden being “blackmailed” over the contents of the laptop. Ms Greene personally has alleged that both Ukraine and Russia, two opposing sides of a brutal war in eastern Europe, are blackmailing the president.
Those claims of blackmail and a supposedly compromised president are Ms Greene’s rationale for five separate articles of impeachment she has filed since taking office.
What happens next?
If Mr Biden’s son is charged with a crime, it likely won’t happen before November, given the DOJ’s hesitance to make politically-charged moves before elections. It will likely come over the next two years, as Mr Biden prepares for a potential reelection bid in 2024 and braces for inevitable GOP attacks centred on his son’s troubles.

At the end of the day that may very well be the case. But the GOP Chairman of the House,or Senate,Judiciary Committee will almost certainly try to get him under oath. But there are surely many Rat Party hacks at the Department of Just Us...and many hack Federal judges...who will do their best to prevent that.

When the GOP takes over the house, the hearings will commence.
Every witness called will plausibly be able to deny talking about it because.......”I cannot comment on ongoing litigation.”
Pre-trial motions will drag on and on for most of the next two years. No evidence will be able to be brought on record. On his way out the door, Joe will pardon Hunter, himself, and all other family members.
Joe isn’t running. We know it. They know it. He’s the only one too oblivious to not know it.

They’ll pretend to try to get him on this crime, which is chicken s**t compared to all his other crimes. Those will be ignored.
If he does get convicted or cop a plea, co-conspirator Daddy will grant him a pardon assuming all the charges are Federal.
A few states need to go after him with a vengeance where PINO Joe has no power to pardon.
They will charge him with “a” crime, something very minor, before Joe pardons him. The media will, of course, completely bury the story.
Jaywalking and will be dismissed because it isn’t illegal to jaywalk in Ca.
It isn’t a diversion. It is an excuse.
When he is forced to “gracefully” bow out in 2024, it won’t be because of his economic policy failures, his dementia, his foreign affairs failures, his domestic policy extremism, his failure to control the border, his weaponization of the DOJ, etc....
It will be because of his drug addict son.
And this way, it takes it out of his hands or any of his challenger’s hands. It’s not his fault. It’s not Mayor Pete or Gavin Newsom’s fault. It’s all Hunters fault.
It is the perfect cover.
I think it will mean that Hunter will be under DOJ
investigation for the next few years. That means all request for documents requested by a republican congress will be denied due to an ongoing DOJ investigation. On the way out of office Biden will pardon everyone involved.
He’ll be obliged to officially bare his wrist for a good slapping
The FBI has had this info for years, and didn’t do anything.
There is NO chance of reform at the FBI. All of the ‘rats support them, and half the pubs. Their sole purpose now is to protect the gravy train.
Sure we’ll get hearings, with lots of bloviation. Remember Lois Lerner and the IRS? Same result.
Okay, Hunter is now free to go about his usual activities never to be harassed again.
What comes next? Why nothing of course.
They will arrest him for possessing a gun and give him a slap on the wrist. They believe they will insulate the “Big Guy” from any future investigations by the Republicans, while they go after Trump and his kids. Their propaganda arms (NYT and WP) will make it so.

Some rich dude Hunter was renting a house from in California paid Hunter’s huge IRS BILL this year. He did this so when he gets charged it will look good for him and will just a slap on the wrist.
Nothing will happen to Hunter. He’ll get a fine, maybe probation but no way are they going to throw the President’s son in jail.
