"Rybar" knows this quite well. This is just an attempt to downplay this retreat and portray the AFU as weak and Russia strong.

Perhaps the fleeing Russians in the Kherson area will be luckier than their comrades in Donetsk. The "retreating" Russians who were in the
cars, and the bus, and the truck don't seem to have fared so well. They were gracious enough to leave some ammunition behind.
