Police in Stockton, California, are asking for the public’s help in identifying a person of interest in a “series of killings” that investigators believe are connected.
Five men have been shot and killed in the city south of Sacramento since July 8. The latest killing occurred on Tuesday, Sept. 27. All the shootings happened when the victims were alone during the night or early morning, while they were walking or in their cars, police said.
Police are describing the deaths as a “series of killings,” but stopped short of saying a serial killer was on the loose.

Demographics of the victims match the general demographics of Stockton. Could be random based on opportunity.

As usual, the LE doesnt give any description on who to look for, but they want help finding him/her/it. If all the victims were cops, then they would be begging for info and having a massive manhunt.
were they shot at home? what time were they shot? after a certain work shift? Outside, inside, next to their car? Random, or did they have mutual fiends? did the white guy look hispanic?

April 16, 2021 shooting of a 46-year-old black woman at Park Street and Union Street in Stockton. The woman survived her injuries. Time of occurrence was 3:20 am.
April 10, 2021 shooting death of a 40-year-old Hispanic man in Oakland, California. Time of occurrence was 4:18 am. There is a $95,000.00 reward for information that leads to an arrest.
