I like how the article says the Sarmat missile are unstoppable and can’t be defended against, so what, what ICBMs are defensible, if the situation is so out of hand that ICBMs are being launched, it’s Armageddon and it makes no difference who has what technology.
My guess is that as soon as the war is over, they will join with Poland to start spinning up centrifuges. They would be foolish not to do so.
