My husband loves chicken livers, and we recently bought an air fryer. I’ll show him this.
I’m not a liver fan; but I once had lunch at the National Gallery that included something called ‘Country Pate’, which was apparently made of chicken liver; and I did like that. I’ve been meaning to find a recipe and try making it.

I left out that I sprayed some more oil on the other side once I flipped them after the first 6 minutes.
But they really turned out good.
Can’t stand liver, but liver sausage (braunschweiger) mixed with cream cheese, grated onion, and a little Worcestershire sauce makes a delicious spread for a cracker.
