Yeah. Dude calmly parked, put down his coffee, grabbed his rifle, sighted in with his red dot, used the cruiser to brace himself, then downed an active shooter at 183 yards!
He was probably whistling the "Andy Griffith" tune the whole time too.
Suspect down.

The Pierce County Force Investigation Team released the video as part of its ongoing investigation into the shooting. Investigators concluded Collins fired off 15 rounds, while Tacoma police officers returned nine rounds, all of them over a 16-minute period.
The last shot came from a TPD officer, identified as Christopher Munn, who fired his weapon 183 yards away.

In late 1960s-early 1970s, downtown Dallas TX. Man jumped into passenger side of car and held pistol to head of woman driver.
It was start of early rush hour, so cars were pretty much bumper-to-bumper.
Local Texas Ranger heard on radio and was able to get only a block or so away. Traffic was very slow, so he stopped his car, opened trunk and took out a scoped rifle.
He braced on a car and fired one shot through the rear window which killed the gunman. He then calmly placed his rifle in the trunk and then drove away.

nearly 2 football field lengths is not what I would call ‘pulling up to’ an active shooter.
But with that said GOOD SHOOTIN’!!!!

I am surprised the media is not making him the criminal for ‘acting as judge, jury, and executioner’
