It definitely depends on the person, nowadays.
If it was my pet they’re family.
I read the article, the closeup picture of this woman is!
WELL THAT’S ALL I HAVE TO SAY ABOUT THAT.
I heard a much older version where he said a “six-cent cat.”
> She’s related to Olive Oyl?
It’s her sister, Hash Oyl.
Toxoplasma defense in the works?
I wouldn’t attempt it due to all of the variables involved, but in my state animal cruelty is a Class C felony.
Reasonable force can be used to stop a felony committed against yourself or anyone else.
Of course was the guy actually trying to run over the cat and can you prove it, and was hitting the guy so hard with your car and killing him - would that be considered reasonable force?
Many posters here have stated they would kill a human.

Noted.
That said, since when does someone act upon what the majority thinks? Oh wait, my bad....so the majority says or has stated that if pet or animal endangered, run over and murder the one endangering said pet or animal.
Perhaps you didn’t read the entire article. The DA’s office says she already incriminated / convicted herself by recording the entire incident on her cell phone. They have all the evidence they need. Thus the reason she is being charged with murder.
Nope! In this day and age, she needs to be ROC’d with minimum bail.
