I would not have a diet of 30% fiber, but it could still be helpful to substitute some guar gum in, if dealing with MS.

I would like to know how they are instigating MS in mice in order to study it .... since pretty much all the literature to this point has said they don’t know what causes it.

Thankfully I don’t have MS, because guar gum is one of the MSG mimics that give me nasty headaches.
