The Cat That Swallowed The Canary Look’ of Jonathan and Diana Toebbe before being collared for allegedly selling secret information about nuclear submarines to whom they thought was the representative of a foreign power, but was in reality, all along, a savvy undercover FBI agent.

Navy nuclear engineer Jonathan Toebbe and his wife Diana were arrested in Virginia on Saturday morning on espionage-related charges.
