I became a naturalized Texan when I entered active duty on July 8, 1976. I've done two things for my 3 kids they can't take away from me:

1. I made sure they were born in Texas.

2. I taught them all to swim before age 4...my oldest son learned how to swim when he was 2.

Anything else is gravy.
