Is hell real? YES
Hell is the perception a soul experiences when they hold onto sin and try to enter the Divine Consciousness of Heaven. The purifying consciousness of Heaven burns off the sin, creating heat in the process.
The great lie satan uses to capture souls is that “The Light will kill you.”
A soul with sin approaching Heaven is like placing a dense object in the high frequency of a microwave. It heats up and catches on fire.
Luke 12:49
Jesus stated “I have come to bring fire on earth, and how I wish it were already kindled!”
Want to read an interesting history? Read about Justin Martyr. According to the roman court records, they tried to burn him in a fire, but the fire would not harm him and they had to pull him from the fire and stab him to kill him.
The same is true of Daniel’s three friends, Shadrach, Meshach, and Abednego were not burned when thrown into the furnace.
The Holy Spirit cleanses sin from our souls. That’s why the only unforgivable sin in the New Testament is denying or rejecting the Holy Spirit. It too is a fire, but a much lower frequency than the fire in Heaven. I’ve watched it, it looks like a golden swirling Light, cleansing the fear from people’s souls just prior to death.
It’s also the reason that a prayerful blessing to an evil person is like placing hot coals upon their head.
Thanks for the answer, but I feel I’m almost asking a geographical question that involves space. I’m asking if there is a spacial-like quality to the spiritual. As spirits, I still think they inhabit physical space, they are physically in our world. But I’m also wondering if Heaven and Hell are spacial, or maybe the spacial analogies are just metaphors of sorts that help us relate. When you went to Heaven did you feel that it was a place? A place where you can talk to other spirits, like a person or an animal that has died? And, if so, are the spirits in Hell in a place where they have not shed their sins –- not just in a state of mind. And, as a follow-up question... if the spirits in Hell did shed their sins could they enter Heaven? A lot of people believe there is no escaping Hell.
The blood of Jesus cleanses us from all unrighteousness, when we repent and accept Him as Lord and Savior.
