Too tired to grind my own beans. Coffee filters no. I use the built in screen. Some people have to have the best. Waste of time. I just drink it and wait for the bowels to move.
I find coffee does just that to me in the morning, virtually all the time.
Tea wasn’t that reliable, but I prefer various teas.
Cup of coffee is a reason to get out of bed in the morning, something warm to hang onto as you stare blanky at the wall until the caffine kicks in, and of course, your stated secret to longevity and good health!
If I drink too much caffeine coffee I get the runs. I’ve had to cut back on the caffeine.
