I’ve seen way too many old people on SS and pensions try to live out their retirements in “Peace and Prosperity” only to be house poor, bankrupt, and throw their life savings away on garbage (like you needed that boat or RV).
I’ve been playing the market for the long long road and this is yet another buying opportunity.
I’ve got a colleague who is 84 years old. He is still as sharp as a tack and has more money than he can spend in two lifetimes. He just won’t retire.
That may be my model after having given it much thought.
How do you know the real buying opportunity isn’t 20,000 points lower?
