And speaking of heating bills - I'm going to personally blame every one of these neoconned talkers for raising MY energy bills to bail out their arrogant socialist deadbeat buddies in the European Union who cut off their energy nose to spite their face.
Just because they thought they could bully the "dirty RuZZians" into giving their energy away for even less than they were getting for it.

Russia will have heat and hot water this winter
and that's all they'll have
empty store shelves, no toys for the kids, no high-tech parts for missiles, planes, drones, etc.
meanwhile Ukraine still has a fully-functioning government & economy and full store shelves
enjoy the sanctions ... gonna be a Black Christmas in Russia this year!

Outside of this article, what I am reading is Putin’s desire to continue the war to his preferreed end - subjegation of Ukraine - is straining Russia’s hold on its minorities, who are less entusiastic towards fighting for Putin, and yet have born a disproportionate rate of conscription compared to ethnic Russians. Many ethnic minorities in Russia have cultural ties to nations on Russia’s border. Putin risks pulling Russia apart.

neocons didn’t raise your energy bills, Biden’s eco-kook government policies did that
btw oil prices have already come down a lot, so obviously the war or sanctions are NOT the cause

Alexander Mercouris referenced this article by Gilbert Doctorow this morning:
https://original.antiwar.com/gilbert_doctorow/2022/09/22/from-special-military-operation-to-open-war/
From ‘special military operation’ to open war: significance of the referendums in Donbas, Kherson and Zaporozhie
Discussion of the aftermath of the referenda, where the Russian Federation demands that the Ukraine removes its troops from the new Russian territories and ceases attacks on Russian territory.
Which the Orkrainians will refuse to do.
And then the fun begins.

You're only quacking because Princess Turdeau and his fascist attack dog Chrystia Freeland let you.
So, we know where you're coming from.

we knew you’d respond with a petty personal insult
we get it, you Russians are frustrated, your “easy” war won’t end and the sanctions are squeezing your country

Thanks for this. When I see antiwar.com mentioned, I realize how much I miss Justin Raimondo. I’m looking forward to today’s Duran with Mercouris. When the four territories become Russian soil later this week, all bets will be off.

You angry, Chummy boy?
I'd go check the wood pile if I were you, instead of posting angry Canadian bilge on FR.
I myself will be inspecting my winter stocks this week, as I can feel the silver breezes of fall questing from the Great White North.

Been warning the pro-Ukrainian propaganda peddlers that the hammer is not far, at all, from being dropped and that the kiddy gloves for Putin, Lavrov, and Russia have come off.
Time will tell.

I think we are already in total disarray. A NY Times article apparently claims Twitter and Facebook cancelled Pentagon run spam bots pushing the State and DOD international agendae. Just the news of the day.

It's unclear to me why these people find it necessary to bully every country in sight - unless they're just sociopaths.
Look at von der Leyen threatening Italy the other day. Completely tone-deaf.

Very interesting article.
Much more objective in its presentation than the daily, prolific spam that gets slung around here .

All the stuff you mentioned is coming from China.

He was dead or seriously ill according to the previous reports.
We must be headed for Economic Armageddon for this much crap to be dished out to distract us.
