Well, I can’t speak for all of them, but my wife’s friend got a clean bill of health at her physical, got her jab a month later, followed by a booster, and a few months later both her breasts were removed due to “sudden onset” breast cancer. She just finished her last radiation treatment a week ago.
YMMV.
I’m wondering...we all have cancer cells in our body, but they usually stay dormant until we get old or until we die. It would be interesting to learn that the jab jump starts them.
Same thing happened to an acquaintance of mine. Good health, physically active, in his late 70s. Took all four jabs on the prompting of his doctor. Developed a rare cancer in late July, and he died in early September. The doctors were soooo surprised and had no idea what possibly could have taken this man’s life so quickly. At least he didn’t test Positive for “Covid.” The labs run the test at lower amplifications for the fully inoculated, so there’s that to consider.
Prayers for your wife. My youngest son had surgery for large cancerous colon polyps in 2019. He had two resections, about 70 lymph nodes removed, and went through 6 months of chemo. So far so good. He's 51 now. My gastroenterologist said they are seeing more younger males with this issue.
A friend of mine's husband has a twin sister. They are in their mid 70's like me. There has been a high rate of cancer deaths in their family. Years ago, my friend's husband and his sister had the BRCA genetic test done. His test was negative. The doctor told his sister that it wasn't a question of if she'd develop cancer, it was a question of when she would get it. She volunteered to have both her breasts removed. 20+ years later, my friend's husband developed a very rare cancer in his pharynx and larynx. This type of cancer is predominately found in southwestern China. The closest he ever got to China was when he served in the U.S. Airforce, and was stationed in Pakistan in the late 60's. He went through a lengthy series of radiation and chemo treatments. It's now been over six years that he is cancer free. The radiation treatments destroyed his saliva glands. Medication hasn't helped, so he has to be very careful when he is eating, because he's has difficulty swallowing, and has to take plenty of liquids while he's eating. His sister has never been diagnosed with cancer.
The jab disables DS DNA repair mediated by BRAC1, BRAC2 and p53. That hobbles the process that makes corrections before they stray into cancer. The S1 subunit enters the nucleus to initiate the damage.

My wife who has been healthy all her life and whose family has no history of cancer got all of the jabs and now has cancer. My son also.
If the CoupFlu shots are doing a number on the immune system, then it would make sense to see a spike in cancer cases.
