Biden is not on the ballot this year. People need to stop saying Biden when talking about how bad things are and replace it with “Democrats”.
Biden is simply implementing Democrat policies. And the only way to stop that is voting Democrats out of power in November and give congress over to the Republicans would will stop their agenda.
I wish that were true. With a few exceptions RINOs are helping the left implement their agenda quite nicely. Seems even when they get the majority, they don’t act like it. Perhaps it will be “different this time”.

Well, they’ve PROVEN (aside from President in Exile Trump) that they won’t STOP it, but they DO stem the tide of Socialism for some small chunks of History.
It’s the best we can hope for. And that’s very, VERY sad.

That would be a good start. It won't be enough though. Other methods will be required in addition to voting. The Democrats will not exit their offices voluntarily or peacefully regardless of elections.
