Cleaned out the pepper beds the other day. This is my largest harvest basket. Chopping through them today. Some will be sliced and some will be rough chopped and some will be diced small for breakfast/egg dishes. All will be frozen on cookie sheets, then popped into ziplocks for easy future use.

Mmmmmm. Love peppers. I had a continuous harvest since the first one this year and the rest will come in in a few days.
