That is such as great picture. I remember it well. He needed a Teleprompter to address a classroom of grammar school children.
This is why I think it is laughable when Freepers say that it is Obama behind the curtain telling Biden what to say. That it is Obama’s third term, etc.

You are right, of course, but I will bet you agree it is the third term for the anti-MAGA, leftist world-class D.C. team Obama put together.
If our R representatives do not sanitize the government the next opportunity, "Obama's" team will step right back in with the next D WH and carry on where it left off.
Our R politicians have a lot of work to do and sitting back and high fiving each other after re-gaining the WH will not at all get it done. The R leadership honoring an agreement to work with Trump should be the first item on the program.

You are right about that... and I can understand that being interpreted as an attack on him... but that was not my intent.
I have said before that there is a REASON why they chose Biden... and it was NOT his behavior.
His physical and mental weaknesses are precisely the image his handlers and puppet masters WANTED to project.
He is not president because someone owed him.
Nor is he president because he won an election.
He is president because the people who are REALLY in charge wanted to start a war.
However, there is a rumor that some staffers wanted more control of the border and Biden shot them down. So in that respect he may have a veto over what his administration does, though he doesn't use it much.
