What recourse do we voters have against the irresponsibility of political leaders who are obsessed with the lure of power?
The actions of the people who are in charge of governments are supposed to benefit the countries they serve -- in theory, at least. In practice, the opposite is true. In the West, our leaders are destroying everything they can get their hands on.
This is certainly an apt description of the Biden/Harris administration. They inherited a healthy country from President Trump. The economy was taking off, inflation was practically nonexistent, the U.S. was energy independent for the first time in decades, and the border was closed. So what did Biden do? He immediately set out to reverse everything Trump achieved.
Who can claim to be better off under Biden? The economy has tanked, inflation is at a 40-year high, people can’t afford to heat their homes or fill up their cars with gas, crime statistics are off the charts, and confidence in America is at an all-time low. Biden’s open-border policy, which is opposed by a majority of American citizens, is leading to social unrest and economic chaos. A country without a functioning border is not a country, yet that is where Biden has taken us.
America is marching toward totalitarianism as Biden empowers the DoJ and FBI to go after his political opponents, i.e., at least half of the population. His worst offense, however, is following the climate dictates of the World Economic Forum. Biden is torpedoing the robust U.S. economy in service of a totally false assumption -- that human beings are able to change the planet’s climate. He is raising taxes so that billions of your dollars can be wasted on ridiculous anti-fossil fuel projects.

Diversity uber alles.
The interest of the country will be made secondary or lower to their climate religion. They don’t give a rat’s furry behind about people outside of controlling them, and of course, the climate change radicalism requires the govt to control all human activity. They used covid the same way. To them actually, humanity is the disease that must be eradicated.
Kind of like “COVID”. We do live in an age of universal deceit.
It’s fun to pretend that they’re feckless, but this is all deliberate and going on long before Trump. How long do you think the Virus was being worked on, both here and in China? How about Hillary’s work making Ukraine what it is?
Trump was four years of interruption to The Plan.
Now, they’re back on track.
And they are coming in high, hot, blind, and dead-stick, wheels up and pilot unconscious.
Not going to be a soft landing.
As long as most of the economic and political elite march in lockstep towards the same goal, they'll get what they want. As is now obvious they have both the economic means via banking, the tech monopolies, and the media to suppress contrary political voices and, should more robust opposition emerge, the instruments of physical repression, with which the Federal courts appear to be happy to work hand in glove.
The only hope is to get local elites in the states to begin real opposition. Shipping migrants to Martha's Vineyard makes a good show. Shipping them out of the US would be much more substantial, as well as seizing control of the border by the Texas Guard. The BATFE and FBI need to be shown the door as well. If we don't have states wiling to take real action, we'll lose.
Voters need to focus on the candidates proven policy objectives and forget perfection and personality.
Does that not seem just the tiniest bit satanic to you?
I had the same sort of feeling after learning of the foundations of islam, that a monstrous evil force had instigated it.
The "elites" need to start having "accidents" or simply disappearing.
