From my limited reading of the incident, I’m inclined to believe that it was a joint Israeli-South African effort. Given the enemies that surrounded both nations, they had good reasons to keep testing nukes.

Basically I cut up the cheap fake Velveeta and let it start melting
Medium heat or less - slowly
As it’s getting melted a few pats of butter and 1/2 cup whole vitamin D milk
Then two cans of Rotel

Sorry it was a one off personal observation - just me and an old guy now long gone. Were we lived there were only a few people - it was pretty isolated - no power, no running city water, no paved roads, no phone
