“Any and all suggestions for getting too-smart-for-her-own-good little grey Louise into a crate are welcome.”
Using a small carrier that you can lift, it’s easy to cradle the cat in your arm, then just slide the carrier over it, pull your arm out quickly and close the door. That’s how my Vet does it.
Thanks. I do have a small cat carrier with a nice mattress. I use it for my cat. Suppose I could take out the mattress if if by some miracle, I get Louise in. Unless she’s really cold, she races off the deck if I get too close.
I’ve tried giving her catnip to make her relaxed enough to use the little cat house I bought for her, hoping she’ll use it when it gets cold. She isn’t even slightly interested. Maybe when it gets even colder she will be.
