What was the woman’s actual age? Did he KNOW her age or that she was - shall we say - a ‘working girl’? And in what jurisdiction did these ‘engagements’ take place?

I don’t think he has been accused of drug infractions, breaking firearms laws, or selling influence.

Depending on the details, Andrew MAY have harmed one person.
