Wow, Vermont?? Beautiful.

Yes. It is really a prime slice of classic rural Vermont: On a dirt road "Just a half mile from the old covered bridge" and five miles from Jay Peak ski area. Hunting and fishing right on the property.

I hate to sell it but I am never going to make use of it and I can put the money to work here in Alaska.

If I were younger, I would be VERY tempted to get your property. I will tell DH.... I lived in VT for about a year when I was 16-17, Fletcher, about 30 miles from St.Albans. The most beautiful countryside I’ve ever seen.
