First, I don't think PDJT put the "Ahem" in it; but no matter. Someone else pointed out the connection that was clearly intended in the time stamps, a frequent method of signaling used in Q comms.
17 stands for Q, the 17th letter.
Q has developed a means of communicating through symbols and meta-information that helps guide those familiar with the overall pattern in discerning, from public sources, information which might be classified, proprietary or otherwise restricted.
The technique demands for persons to be able to think for themselves, using patterns, interpolation and yes, spiritual awareness in order to see that which has been hidden, using Q as a sort of map or searchlight.
Revealing what has been hidden in plain sight is a major part of the "Awakening." Yet, Q does not violate laws to do so; just points in some directions and suggests people look for themselves.
If you are new to Q, you can ask any question you want on this thread about things Q has posted, and what they might mean, and I guarantee someone will know the answer, or at least have considered insights based on the last 5 years of Q comms and follow-up research ... and be happy to provide them.
