It's my understanding that these numbers from Deagel came out in 2017, way before the Wuhan virus. Deagel looks like a clown front group to me and this depopulation estimate lines up with the goals of the deep state. My wife was watching Tom Hughes on YouTube yesterday and I was walking through the room and stopped and took notice when Tom mentioned the Deagel Report.  I've never heard of them. Not a word about them on mainstream or alternate media, but there is a lot of information about them on the web.
