How much Black blood does one have to have to qualify to be judged to be Black?
I’m old enough to remember when the Democratic Party and even the NAACP said that it only took one drop of Black blood to be Black.
Per DNA testing my wife is 19% Subsaharan African and 14% indigenous Carib - does she at least get a discount?
